Refunds and Exchanges


Please read the information below before processing a return. Use our return portal -

To return an item, please fill in the form found here. Please wait while we review your request. If approved, please pack the item(s) in a safe and secure package, enclose the your return reference number and copy of your invoice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If an exchange is in order, it will be dispatched next working day using the address of the original order. Delivery terms apply.


Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. If any product seals are found to be broken a refund will not be issued under any circumstance. Bear this in mind when inspecting the parcel contents.

Any eligible product that has been sealed for freshness MUST NOT BE OPEN.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.

We will not refund any returned sale items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. The only case in which we will refund return shipping costs are if we deem the product to be faulty or damaged before it was sent (up to £10).

We will refuse to pay for any costs as a result of import or duty taxes/fees. You are responsible for this. If it is deemed the case that the item(s) are ineligible for a refund then the item will be held until you pay for redelivery (this includes a £5 administration fee). We will also refuse any refunds if the package sent is deemed to be insufficiently secure or safe to transport.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
